“If you are talking, you are not learning anything.” Many people speak just to hear their voice. As an accountability coach, my greatest asset is the fact that I choose to listen intently to the goals and dreams of those who trust me to help achieve them.
As individuals we tend to forget that while you are speaking, you are not listening. So pause your thoughts, and take time to listen closely to what others have to say. Each person adds value to your life if you let them. By allowing someone to share their thoughts, you are honoring their intelligence and heart.
