Now that a new year is well underway, it is a great time to evaluate what went well last year and what could have been better. If you have not done so yet, you should be creating a 12 month plan that you can track your progress. After all, if your goals are not measurable, how can you expect to reach them?
If you have never created a 12 month plan, then I suggest that engage someone like myself to help you through that process.
Albert Einstein once said, “You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” Simply put, if you want different results than you have to do or be someone different. He was then paraphrased to say, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.” Clearly, with 2009 behind us, it is a great opportunity to adopt a different mindset and course of action.
