There are certain actions that teach you how to access the Success DNA that resides in all of us.  When it comes to staying motivated and focused, UR ENOUGH is dedicated to providing cutting edge techniques to re-program your subconscious mind to perform at its most supportive level.

Change Is In the Air

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Albert Einstein

It’s Autumn, and change is in the air.  The trees look different and the temperature has dropped.  This time of the year is more like New Year’s to me.  The lazy hazy days of summer are over, and it’s time to get back into full force action toward meeting my goals for this year.  If summer slowed you down and you aren’t feeling as successful as you’d like to feel, here’s some ways to boost your energy and get back in the groove:

  1. Find others to be a part of your team.  Success comes much easier and quicker when you work with others.  Determine what you do best, and what other pieces of the pie need to be filled, and fill them with the best people.  Your team can also be your accountability partners.
  2. Start a routine of meditating.  Bring your mind and soul to a relaxed state.  Just 10 – 20 minutes a day can help make you clearer and open to great ideas.
  3. Every evening, make a list of what you need to get done the next day.  Prioritize each task by numbering them, the most important being number 1.  Start working away at your list starting at number 1.  You’ll get the most important things done right away!
  4. Positive attitude is key.  If you fall into negative thinking, STOP!  Put up reminders all around you to keep positive!  Post it notes can come in handy.
  5. Get rid of clutter.  Clutter affects you negatively mentally and spiritually.
  6. Keep your sense of humor.  Learn to laugh at yourself.  If you stop taking yourself so seriously, you’ll enjoy the journey more.
  7. Do a good deed for someone at least once a day.  The universe will take notice and reward you in the future.
